Little Saint is a neighbourhood restaurant offering its customers a dining experience to awaken their senses. We believe in using local, fresh, seasonal South African produce to create dishes that taste like real food. Headed by Chef patron Santi Louzan, we offer guests an opportunity to dine in a unique, intimate and unpretentious environment, eating the best quality food that is classic with contemporary twists.
Our blackboard menu is driven by what is fresh, seasonal, local and available. All our produce is sourced carefully and from suppliers we believe in and champion.
We work with and champion our suppliers who share our ethos and believe in sustainable, grass fed, organic, free range, locally grown, seasonal produce.
